Family/sibling photos

Family photos must be preordered, this is done online using the code that is provided by the school in the school newsletter. The code is the same for everyone. When you enter the code it then asks for your details, i.e. name and class, and this is then populated into our software.
Family photos are only available for children’s that attend the school we are photographing
Unfortunately we are not able to offer family photos at preschools and childcare centre’s.

Orders for individual and class group photos are all placed AFTER photo day, usually around 1-2 weeks. Your school should provide you with a slip that has your child’s unique code and the dates when photos will be available online.
Orders are still able to be placed after the ordering ending date until the end of the year, you will pay a late/postage fee and the order will be posted directly to you. Ordering photos for previous years is available, just contact us and we will help you out.
If you can’t or don’t want to order online you can still place an order. You will just need to get a paper order form/flyer from the school, write the child’s name on the flyer, indicate what pack you would like, enclose it with the money in an envelope and hand it to the photographers on photo day.

When placing your order first choose the background, then the package. For some schools there are multiple images at the top. They are all the same image; the second image is the one that is used for the group photo and is more full length. Please only select the first close up image. The image and the background that appears on the package samples is what you are ordering.
Double check in the cart what you have ordered, check the background and the image (if multiple are displayed)
If you are ordering for more than one child click the ‘continue shopping’ button at the top right to enter the next code.
If there is an error with your order or background when you receive your digital download (if your pack contains one) please contact us.
In the cart there are range of add on products available, most of these are customisable. This means you can change the background to be different from the main package that you have ordered. All you have to do is click the ‘customise’ button underneath the image and select the background you would like.
