How to place an order

Click the ‘Order Online’ tab above

Click ‘Click Here’ (This will open a new window)

Enter the Shoot Key issued by your school.

For schools ordering before photo day (paper envelopes given out by the school):
Your Shoot Key will be on the top corner of the envelope issued to each child
Choose your package (to see all packages available click ‘View all’)
Add the chosen package to the Cart.
If you are ordering for multiple children at the same school, click ‘Change shoot’ (top left corner) and enter next child’s shoot key. Add their package to the cart.
To pay- click on the Shopping trolley symbol at the top of the page.
Check that the items you have added to the cart are correct. Then click ‘Checkout’
Click continue for the delivery options
Enter your details, we do require an address but your packages will be sent back to the school (unless other arrangements have been organised). Click ‘Continue’
Enter your email address and a contact phone number. Click ‘Continue’.
Click ‘Proceed to payment’. You will now be directed to PayPal to complete your transaction. You can pay using your PayPal account or a Credit or Visa Debit card.

For school ordering after photo day (Shoot Key slips given out by the school):
Choose your background.
Choose your package (to see all packages available click ‘View all’)
Add chosen package to the Cart.
If you are ordering for multiple children at the same school click ‘Change shoot’ (top left corner) and enter next child’s shoot key. Add their package to the cart.

Shoot Key issues

Lost or have not received a shoot key:
Please send us an email and we will email the Shoot Key back to you.

Shoot Key is not working:
Check that the correct shoot key is being entered.
For schools ordering after photo day, check the date on the card for when the photos are available from (this is generally 2 weeks after photo day).
If the shoot key is still not working please email us, remember to include the shoot key you are trying to use.

Families

Family Portraits are available for primary and secondary schools only.
Children in the family photo can only be from the school being photographed that day.
If you would like a family portrait taken on photo day you will need to get an order envelope from the school office.
Payment for these need to be made on photo day.
Online Schools will receive a Family Shoot Key code which allows you to view your family and choose a background (after photo day)

Payment Options

All our online payments are handled securely by PayPal. You can pay using your PayPal account, a Credit card or Visa Debit card. If you don’t have one of these options, Load and Go (Visa debit) cards are available through Australia post outlets.

For school ordering before school photo day (envelopes given out) you can pay by cash or cheque in the envelope provided.

For Schools ordering after photo day (shoot key slip given out) If you are unable to pay online please contact us for alternative payment options. Please note that if an order is placed via alternative methods choosing a background may not be available.

Digital Download

We know how eager you are to share your child’s school photo with family & friends so when you order certain packages from us you receive a FREE Digital Download of your child’s individual photo!
So be sure to check out the package description to see if you are eligible
Don’t worry your beautiful print package is still being put together with care in the studio.

Can I order photos from previous years?

Are you looking to order photos from a previous year?

We back up every photo we take and having children ourselves we know that sometimes your shoot key might get buried in the bottom of a bag and by the time you get around to it the key has expired.

Due to the sheer volume of images we have go online the only way we can process orders from last year is over the phone.

Please note that all orders from previous years incur an additional charge of $20 on top of the package for administration, production & postage

Why does my photo look blurry when I order?

Some people have commented that their photos look blurry in the ordering preview. Due to the sheer volume of images we upload we are required to use low resolution for the preview to make the most of hosting space but also to protect ourselves from theft. All print packages come with a free digital download that won’t be blurry.
